If you want to truly access your anti-aging potential, there is now way you can accomplish anything sustainable before taking care of your liver.

Your liver plays the second most essential role in keeping your body healthy and vital, after your heart (which is #1, of course). As you work on taking care of your body, maximizing energy, beauty, vitality, if you neglect your liver you will get poor results.

The liver’s job is to clear toxins from your blood and organs (it even pulls toxins out of your pituitary, thyroid, and pineal glands!).

However, because of our lifesyle of heavily processed and chemical filled food, water, and even air; the liver becomes damaged and clogged over time, and stops working the way it should. This has an impact on our health and vitality that should not be ignored.

No cleansing process will truly work unless you also cleanse your liver, because if it is already gunked up with toxins, then the ones flushing out during your cleanse can back up in the liver, causing toxins to build up in other organs, affecting your skin, or making you feel sick.

Your liver also has a powerful role in supporting a healthy sex drive because it regulates your horomones. When it is clogged with toxins, it can’t do this job well, and it is common to feel lack of desire, or sexual passion. You may already know that the buildup of toxins in the body is a major cause of cancer. The liver’s role in moving out toxins makes it a key player in preventing cancer. As you age, your liver becomes damaged and clogged up and loses its effectiveness, and the toxins you consume (intentionally, or through the environment you are living in) fail to be caught and cleared by the liver, and can lodge in other organs, causing irritation and eventually the development of cancerous cells. Given how poorly most of us eat for much of our lives, AND the toxins we are exposed to every day, using various methods to cleanse the liver should be a central part of our effort to take care of our bodies!

Liver detox is very simple.  You do this detox for 5 days.

For the 1st day, put in a blender these things:

  • 1 clove or garlic
  • 1 tbs of cold-pressed olive oil
  • fresh raw juice of 1 lemon and 1 orange
  • 1 piece of ginger (as much as garlic)

Blend it and drink it first thing in the morning.

For the second day:

  • 2 cloves or garlic
  • 2 tbs of cold-pressed olive oil
  • fresh raw juice of 1 lemon and 1 orange
  • 2 pieces of ginger (as much as garlic)

So you increase garlic, oil and ginger parts by 1 every day till you have on day 5:

  • 5 cloves or garlic
  • 5 tbs of cold-pressed olive oil
  • fresh raw juice of 1 lemon and 1 orange
  • 5 pieces of ginger (as much as garlic)

By the time you hit day 5, your liver and gallbladder will be dumping stones like crazy. You have ginger in the formula to counteract the nausea. If you still feel some, suck on a piece of ginger until you feel better.
